“Don’t let anyone tell you that you have to be a certain way. Be unique. Be what you feel.” ~ M. Ethridge
I found this quote in a book I’m reading and it needed to be shared. We should all strive to be our own person… different is good! God made all of us unique, so don’t be afraid to stand out. So celebrate differences and embrace who you are, there is so much purpose in all of us!

The Holidays Are Here!
Happy Thursday everyone! Today was the official day for me to begin playing Christmas favorites in my car! Christmas classics are the best and over the years I have collected some of the greatest Christmas CD’s ever! Today was a special day because, on my search for inspiration at Borders, I added 2 more holiday CD’s to my collection. Christmas Duets with Elvis and Joy to the World by Faith Hill. I love all kinds of music, but there is something about country singers when it comes to holiday classics… it just feels like Christmas! Yes, Thanksgiving comes first, but it was always tradition in my household to begin the holiday festivities in November! For us, the season has already been greeted! My warm wishes to all of you at the start of this season… May it be filled with all the joy that your hearts can hold!

“It is lack of love for ourselves that inhibits our compassion towards others. If we make friends with ourselves, then there is no obstacle to opening our hearts and minds to others.” – thinkexist.com
We should all be conscious of our level of compassion to others, we are all worth the same. It is better to give compassion than condemnation… remember, whoever is without sin can cast the first stone… Think about it!
