Here are the Sendai girls practicing in Hilo at the halau. It is so wonderful to see these girls practice so hard and put all of their heart into what they are learning. It is a true testament to their characters, and it is so obvious in the happiness they radiate! Too cute!

In the midst of challenges, I’ve learned that it is how you look at the situation that determines the outcome. We have the choice to choose our reaction in all situations… if we choose to be positive we can always gain from what we are going through. This way we have no regrets! We may not be able to change the problem or the people, but we can definitely change our perspective!

Ohi and I took a short break from our Monday marathon of reality TV shows! We never miss a Monday to have coffee talk, inspiration time and dinner! We laugh and laugh! I am so thankful for these moments and for all of the memories we created together! We will grow old together! More than my cousin, you are one of my “bestest” friends! Love you!
